| R-54 wheels are designed so that a hub of given diameter will
take a variety of tires in different widths and durometers.
All hubs and tires are balanced independently of one another assuring smooth, trouble free operation. Face widths 1" to 4" are made with steel rims. Rims over 4" wide are of aluminum. |

| R-54 wheels feature a removable hub design that permits changes
in wheel serration and durometer without the expense
of a completely new wheel. Tire replacement is fast and simple....remove the flathead Allen screws and replace tire, tighten screws and wheel is ready for operation. IMPORTANT: Retaining ring must be completely seated when mounting on hub. |

tough contact wheel designed for tough grinding jobs. The Pressure
Pack is durability-mached to your pressure assist unit.
With its replaceable tire formulated from special compounds, the R-54pp was developed to accept very heavy grinding pressures in high temperature environments. The proper selection of wheel diameter will insure maximum benefits from your coated abrasive belt Because of its compatibility with preassure-pac assist units and coated abrasive belts, the R-54pp is the aggressive contact wheel proven for such demanding grinding operations. The removable hub is designed for fast, simple assembly and disassembly. Remove 6 Allen screws and replace tire. ....tighten screws and wheel is ready for operation. This design permits rapid changes in tire widths or replacements as required without cost of entire new wheel. Hub and tire are balanced for maximum performance. |
