When placing orders the following suggestions will prove helpful to insure delivery of the exact contact wheel desired, and
prevent delays in shipment.  Always specify:

1.  Type of wheel/roll (if known)
2.  Diameter
3.  Face width
4.  Arbor hole/spindle diameter
5.  Plain face or, if serrated, type of serration
6.  Durometer (hardness) of rubber
